Shipping & Tax Policy

Delivery is free for all orders over US$128.00 or equivalent. Otherwise, delivery fee is based on the weight and the country of origin of your order. 

You are responsible for your goods' import duties and sales tax, if any. Our courier partners will contact you via SMS and/ or email to ask for the relevant taxation payment via the officially approved payment channels according to your local authorities' requirements, before your purchased goods can be delivered to your designated address. 

Our courier partners include Fedex and DHL which could provide you a hassle free tracking of the gifts you purchase. Once your product has been shipped, arrival time usually takes up to 2 –3 business days in Asia or 3-5 business days for  other countries. We are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return of unworn (with protective sticker intact), or defective merchandise with original tags. With the original receipt you may return for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 30 days of your purchase date.
